Accept and we pay promptly by bank wire or mailed check. Decline a preapproved mail-in offer and we cover insured return shipping.

Our experience in the watch and jewelry industry began in 1997. We started selling on eBay in 2000 and opened our own store in 2004. Those years of buying and selling shaped our eye for quality, condition and the details that matter.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you sell.
What photos should I send?
Send clear photos of the front, back and any markings, plus close-ups of wear or damage. For watches, include the dial, case back and bracelet or strap; for jewelry, include metal stamps and stones. Photos of boxes, papers or diamond reports are helpful if you have them. Share the brand, model and condition if known. Photos are optional to start—calling is welcome.
How does insured shipping work?
Local and non-local customers may sell by mail. Start by calling, texting photos or emailing. For approved submissions, we can provide a prepaid insured UPS label and packing instructions. We confirm the insured amount and shipping arrangement with you first. Do not ship anything until we have spoken with you and approved the shipment.
What value is my package insured for?
Before shipping, tell us the value you want the shipment insured for. We confirm the insured amount with you before you send it. The requested amount is not automatically approved and is not a purchase offer; our final offer follows inspection and authentication.
What happens when my package arrives?
We inspect and authenticate your items, then contact you with a final offer. You decide whether to accept. There is no obligation to sell.
What if I decline the offer?
There is no obligation to sell. For mail-in submissions approved by us in advance, we cover insured return shipping for the approved items if you decline our offer.
How do I get paid?
After you accept our offer, we pay promptly by bank wire or mailed check. We confirm payment arrangements with you. Bank processing and check delivery times vary.
Can I trade toward something on NiceWrist?
Yes. You may trade watches or jewelry toward an item in NiceWrist, our online retail collection. Send us the item link and details of what you have to trade. Trades are subject to inspection, availability and agreement. Contact us before arranging a visit or shipment.
Is the appointment free?
Yes. Your buying appointment is free, with no obligation to sell. You decide whether to accept an offer.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Please call, text or email first. We’ll confirm your appointment and send the address and arrival details before your visit.
Do I need boxes or paperwork?
No. Boxes and paperwork are helpful if you have them, but you can start by sharing whatever you know about your pieces.
Do you buy broken jewelry or watches that aren’t running?
We buy broken gold jewelry. For watches that aren’t running or other damaged pieces, call or send photos. We’ll review what you have and talk through the next steps.
