Mail-in shipping and insurance
Send photos, a description, condition and your estimated value. We confirm the insured amount and provide a prepaid UPS label and packing instructions for approved submissions. Please contact us before shipping anything.
If you decline the offer
For mail-in submissions approved by us in advance, we return the approved items with insured shipping at our expense. There is no obligation to sell.
Payment after acceptance
For mail-in sales, we arrange payment promptly after acceptance by bank wire or mailed check. Bank processing and check delivery take additional time. For an office appointment, discuss same-day payment arrangements with us before your visit.

Our experience in the watch and jewelry industry began in 1997. We started selling on eBay in 2000 and opened our own store in 2004. Those years of buying and selling shaped our eye for quality, condition and the details that matter.

Is the appointment free?
Yes. Your buying appointment is free, with no obligation to sell. You decide whether to accept an offer.
Do I need photos, boxes or paperwork?
No photos are needed to start a conversation. Boxes and paperwork are helpful if you have them. Share whatever you know about your pieces.
Do you buy broken jewelry or watches that aren’t running?
We buy broken gold jewelry. For watches that aren’t running or other damaged pieces, call or send photos. We’ll review what you have and talk through the next steps.
Can I get an offer from a photo?
Photos help us understand what you have. A final offer follows our inspection of the item, whether you visit us or arrange to send it by mail.
Can I trade watches or jewelry?
Yes. We also consider watch and jewelry trades. Tell us what you have and what you’re looking for, and we can discuss the options.
